If you have a passion for teeing off, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Europa 2, offers the best of both worlds: cruising and golf. The ship features opportunities for kids and teens as well as adults to work with PGA professionals to work on their game.

Europa 2 is equipped with two golf simulators, where guests can “practice” on 15 of the best courses in the world, including St. Andrews in Scotland. One of the simulators integrates video and assesses every stroke in terms of speed, length, angle, and line of flight, which allows the PGA professional to give feedback and help golfers master their game during excursions on the actual course.

Golf and Cruise packages include tee time, accompaniment by a PGA professional ashore and on board, bag transport, golf club cleaning, and time used at the fitting station.

Hapag-Lloyd’s new social media venture, EXPERIENCE.tv, which features an episode on the first Thursday of every month, showcases the golf and cruise experience on the latest episode. In it, British cruise expert Jonathan Beaumont experiences his first golf lesson with PGA Golf Pro Roland Milich and then joins guests playing on Sandy Lane in Barbados.
