Chef Thomas Keller Signs with Seabourn

In a major coup in the foodie realm, Seabourn signed a deal with The French Laundry’s Chef Thomas Keller, arguably America’s top chef, to consult on cuisine for all the line’s ships and create dishes to debut early next fall.

Keller will also open an as-yet-unnamed signature restaurant, which will open on Seabourn Quest early next spring and expand to the entire fleet including Seabourn Encore, launching late next year, and Seabourn Ovation, coming in 2018.

“There is really no chef more accomplished or held in higher esteem than Chef Keller, and we are both honored and delighted to have a restaurateur of his stature take our onboard culinary offerings to an even higher level,” said Seabourn President Richard Meadows.

Acclaimed for his French and American cuisine, Keller operates three Michelin-starred restaurants – The French Laundry, Per Se, and Bouchon.
