Carnival Brews Craft Beer On Board

Cruise News – Mar. 29, 2016

Guests on Carnival Vista will be able to raise a pint of one of three hand-crafted beers brewed right on board in North America’s first brewery at sea, thanks to a collaboration between Carnival Cruise Line and Miami’s Concrete Beach Brewery.

The RedFrog Pub & Brewery will present three distinctive craft beers: ThirstyFrog Port Hoppin’ IPA (aromatic, floral, and hoppy), ThirstyFrog Caribbean Wheat (unfiltered, with aromas of bananas and spices), and FriskyFrog Java Stout (rich and creamy, with hints of coffee).

The selection builds on an already impressive menu of craft beers aboard Carnival ships, which serve Concrete Beach Brewery’s Rica Wheat IPA, Angel City Brewery’s Pilsner, Coney Island’s Hard Root Beer and 1609 Amber, as well as local and regional favorites from various homeports or within the homeport state.
